Required Documents for Individual/Joint BO AC Opening
| 1. | Two copies of recent colored passport size photograph of account holder with name and signature attested by introducer in the back side. |
| 2. | Photocopy of National ID with same signature as per National ID or Bank Certificate. |
| 3. | In case of nomination to any person please attach one passport size colored photograph of the nominee with name and signature in the back side and attested by account holder. |
| 4. | In case of mentioning Power of Attorney to any person please attach one passport size colored photograph of POA with name and signature in the back side. |
| 5. | In case of Joint Account please attach two copies of recent colored passport size photograph of joint applicant with name and signature in the back side, photocopy of National ID with same signature as per National ID or copy of valid passport. |
Required Document for Sole Proprietorship BO AC Opening
| 1. | Two copies of recent colored photographs of the proprietor with name and signature in the back side and attested by introducer. |
| 2. | Photocopy of valid trade license. |
| 3. | Photocopy of National ID of the proprietor with same signature as per National ID. |
| 4. | Bank certificate |
Required Document for Limited Company BO AC Opening
| 1. | Photocopy of Memorandum and Articles of Association. |
| 2. | Photocopy of Certificate of Incorporation. |
| 3. | Copy of Board Resolution of the company (guideline has to be mentioned in the resolution for opening BO Account, authorized person to operate the account and decision of share investment). |
| 4. | Two copies of recent colored photographs of BO Account operator with name and signature in the back side and attested by introducer. |
| 5. | Bank certificate of limited company. |
For NRB’s and Foreign Nationals
| 1. | Two copies of recent colored passport size photograph of account holder with name and signature attested by introducer in the back side. |
| 2. | Photocopy of valid Passport & Visa |
| 3. | Bank Certificate of FCD Account. A Local Currency Account also has to be opened by the Account Holder. |
| 4. | Work permit or Salary Statement |
| 5. | In case of Businessman the account holder has to submit the documents of business operation. |
